You also should know that for cheese made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, the FDA requires it to be aged for a minimum of 60 days
so that makes it automatically
lactose - free and SCD legal IF the cheese is on the BTVC book and BTVC website list of permitted cheeses, AND its ingredients are SCD legal!!!

so that the finished dry product contains 90 % or more protein by weight.
Unfortunately, she's gluten - free,
lactose - free and soy - free, can't have nuts of any kind, and has to be very careful about where her animal fats & proteins are sourced (they can't have any wheat in their diet either)
so we just stick with Earth Balance Soy - free for a butter choice.
However, you should note that if you are intollerant to
lactose / whey protein, soy might have the same effects on you plus your body becomes resistant to soy after a while,
so its good to change.
