This Farro salad best companion was a glass of red wine, we had a good Tempranillo and some
Lamb Loin
chops on the
side.
Add
lamb chops (no need to cut up) and brown
on both
sides.
I sprinkle some
on lamb chops and broil them for about 5 min per
side.
