cytogenetic techniques, fluorescence in situ hybridisation and DNA «combing», as well as high throughput sequencing approaches such as DNA - seq for mutation landscape analyses, RNA - seq for transcriptome analyses and ChIP - seq mapping of chromatin - associated proteins and their genome - wide modulation in response to DNA damages.
He has been most involved in the defense of labs in Pap smear (cytology) and
cytogenetics litigations, including litigating these matters as national counsel to the
largest clinical laboratory in the country, in the state and federal courts of numerous states, including New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, Texas, California, and Arizona.
