I know the first game didn't have online... but the other two had a very
large multiplayer system that is simply non-existent in this remake.

With Native American protagonist Conner Kenway at the helm, Assassin's Creed III rushed into 2012 with a revamped offense - oriented combat
system (to help quell complaints of the slower, more reactionary
system of past games), a
large world featuring both woodland and urban environments, the addition of cooperative
multiplayer, and a story that featured many iconic American heroes such as Benjamin Franklin, Sam Adams, and George Washington.
Those issues may be a
larger factor to some, but minus the
multiplayer crash, never really affected my game to much as there is a decent checkpoint / restart
system in place taking you back to almost the exact moment you died.
It's a great
system, and the fact that it adds longevity to the campaign (rather than bolstering
multiplayer) is actually a real boon, simply because the single - player portion is so
large.
Star Citizen 1.1 will add the Retaliator, the Gladius, the REC
system,
multiplayer free flight, improvements to the flight model, manual and automatic landings... and then behind the screens it will premiere things like the 64 - bit floating point that will soon allow us to create significantly
larger maps.

However, we have covered a
large part of our initial costs over the last year by finishing the core
systems and getting online
multiplayer working.
The enhanced capabilities of both
systems mean that
multiplayer will play as
large a part in this generation as it did the last.
