date varieties!
Chana, if you were going to do a
large tart I would suggest buying
soft dates that don't need soaking to blend versus using very dry firm ones that require soaking as the crust will be much
softer and trickier to serve if the
dates need soaking.
Up to
date, attempts to create
soft robots were limited to
larger scale (typically tens of centimeters), mainly due to difficulties in power management and remote control.
I prefer medjool
dates over the more common deglet noor
date — the medjool variety is
softer, sweeter, and
larger.
