questions of
public policy, differences between the affluent and the
public at
large are on the margins.
As part of our ongoing effort to promote JPAM authors to the APPAM membership and the
public policy world at
large, we are asking JPAM authors to answer a few
questions to promote their research article on the APPAM website.
The underlying
question is not whether anomalies are consistent over
large distances, but whether average temperatures are, because that is what is being sold to the
public as the basis for
public policy.
