It is
the largest anemone in U.S. Atlantic tropical waters, approaching 12 centimeters in diameter.
With
the larger anemones, you must select fish that know how to avoid the stinging tentacles.

The most colorful and visible creatures are the sea stars that are exposed at low tide and the
large green
anemones just below the water surface.
