The
Pound has its first positive session this week as the services PMI gave British traders something to cheer about following a slew
of negative surprises in the
last couple of days.

of all clubs, oddly so signed him up.

Apart from a
couple of pounds of water weight loss right in the beginning, I haven't lost any weight OR inches although I've noticed that my keto sticks have started to turn a much darker shade
of purple in the
last 2 - 3 days... on the other hand, I definitely feel heavier on my abdomen and cheeks.
About a year ago I lost 70
pounds (give or take a
couple) which left me at around 130
pounds, I still had some stomach fat and chest fat i wanted to get rid
of but it wouldn't budge, so I decided to try Starting Strength, after gaining an alright amount
of strength and muscle I decided to try and shed off the
last few
pounds using p90x and I'm currently 9 weeks into it and have lost 2
pounds....
I have also lost about 10
pound in the
last couple of months (I'm 5» 10» and have gone from 162 to 152).
And I guarantee that losing that
last bit
of abdominal fat is going to be easy over the next
couple weeks
of low carb eating now that I'm carrying a few
pounds more lean muscle on my frame.
Update: I decided to incorporate more coconut oil into my diet to see if it would help me shed the ten
pounds I'd gained over the
last couple of years.
I have actually put on 1.5 kg or roughly 3
pounds over the
last couple weeks but this coincided with the time at which I started taking creatine for the first time so not sure if the added weight is water, muscle
of fat to be honest.
I got down to 146
pounds but over the
last couple of months have moved back up to 152
pounds.
plus, i've lost over 70
pounds in the
last couple of years and this is my first real attempt to be cute and fashionable.
Enjoying week one so far... only down a
couple of pounds but looking forward to
lasting results!
They're big and grippy, and you'll notice instantly if you've packed on a

Is it more important to continue doing what you've been doing for the
last couple of years or is it time to listen to these guys on the radio and start
pounding away at the debt?
I have purchased several beds for my 70
pound standard poodle and they just don't
last, the zippers break after a
couple of times
of unzipping and washing the cover, and the foam just doesn't hold up.
I did say I had no plans to buy any other figures, but that didn't
last long as I saw some rather cool second hand figures in GAME that were just a
