Thanks so much for all the kind words on my last post when I shared about starting a Diploma in Gastronomy, Nutrition & Food Trends at Le Cordon Bleu.
Like I mentioned in my last post for absolutely delicious Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup, I'm going to be pumping out a lot of Fall recipes this season from comfort foods to yummy desserts.
So as I said in my New Year Resolution in the last post, I will try to eat more real foodsfoods that are as close to their natural state as possible — and less processed foods (i.e. foods that come in boxes and packages with too many weird ingredients that are impossible to pronounce!)
Anyway, as today is Friday, I want to follow up on last week's One Simple Change post about Eating a Balanced Diet, and talk about the importance of eating a variety of foods.
