last minute, add 2 big
handfuls of greens (tender baby kale,
spinach, etc.) and stir to combine.
Also I added half a head
of diced cauliflower and a large
handful of diced fresh green beans in the
last 5 - 7 min
of cooking (instead
of spinach).
Heat one box
of your broth, cook the tortelli to package directions once the broth boils, in the
last minute
of cooking add a
handful of frozen peas and some chopped
spinach (fresh or frozen).
My go to breakfast is one carrot, one cucumber,
handful of spinach, bunch
of kale, an apple for the whole «keeping the doctor away», and
last but not least, a two inch piece
of fresh ginger.
