I didn't grow up on hymns like some others, I grew up at the

I declared it the year of home improvement
last January, and renos did happen: I got a brand new
kitchen, we updated the main - floor bathroom, painted the entire
house, installed new trim throughout, and my hardworking husband tackled a lot of little things that needed to be fixed or replaced (the «little things» list never seems to end).
I took all the decorating classes and love to decorate cakes, so when I got layed off my job
last year I wanted to open my own cake shop, and its not as easy as you think at least were i live in pa you have to contact the health dept plus you have to make sure your
house is zoned commerical contact your local borough office if your not you will have to have a hearing and it cost about 300 dollars for that, plus i couldn't have the bake shop in my
house unless i had a separate
kitchen for the bake shop, and one for my family plus no pets aloud, i am lucky enough that i have a rental
house next to mine that i'm turning into a bakeshop but i have to turn it into a business, i've been working with the small business assoc. and the health dept plus there are permits i need, electric has to be updated and new lighting, plus the plummer has to do alot because i have to have a 3 bay sink and a grease trap, gas lines need to be ran for the oven,
I had guys in putting tile floors in my
kitchen / breakfast area, and some other areas in my
house,
last week, so I was only out of the
kitchen for the better part of a week — and that was long enough.
This will be our first
kitchen reno, since our
last house had a brand new
kitchen when we moved in.
The decision to upgrade was made for me because during our
house move
last summer, my gadget totally disappeared, I can only assume it was thrown out in a removal box after my obsessive need to clear and get my
kitchen organised on moving day.
I finally had to get it out of my
kitchen so I dropped the
last few slices off at my parents

We're still in the same

I recently bought peel and stick contact paper for my new
houses kitchen — i have children & it did nt
last long so i switched to peel and stick floor laminate - 0094507 style selection luxury vinyl planks can be bought at lowes and home depo a box cost me $ 34 dollars and it covered 45 Sq ft. Very easy to put on just peel the back and stick down, Cut ur edges with an exacto knife and use the contact paper for ur trim.

last flip I did, I added a pantry and it ran us about $ 500, however, our
kitchen was our selling feature for the
house - cherry cabinets, marble counters, high quality stainless appliances - so we wanted to make sure everything you could want was in there.

My dad painted my

house 6 1/2 years ago and had never painted the
