I am trying to lose the
last little bit of stubborn stomach
fat that i have in the next 2.5 weeks for a cruise and was wondering if this is maximal for that.
And then if you increase carbs, you can still get some
of the benefits by having that first 20 hours
of your meals relatively lower carb, higher
fat, moderate protein and those
last four hours you pop up a
little bit and so you can still get some
of those benefits.

However, if this is not the case, then the only other thing that has significantly changed in my life is that I'm eating a lot fewer carbs — yet everything I've read (and not just on this site) is that a low - carb diet should help asthma, not make it worse (I did not have much weight to lose when I did the Two Week Test, but over the
last few months, I've lost that
little bit of extra weight and I've certainly lost
fat and gained muscle, and I feel healthier — apart from the asthma — than before, so I would say a low - carb diet is working for me).
I am fairly fit... still have a
little bit of love around the handles and not the flattest stomach but I don't look like I've had kids Just trying to get the
last of the stubborn
fat!!!!!!!!
