Wow cole is just amazing but there something that is lacking on him, First it will be nice if there is a bad version of him, you know orange lightning with diff color of his new mariahs outfit, second the range of his lightning, it would be nice if his a long range melee kinda guy and the last is the critical strike, well i do nt know if u know that one but in infamous 2 there is a meter that when it fills up u can knock up an enemy in a single strike
