the latest Cooking Light issue and made a few minor tweaks.
Tonight I made Cajun Red Beans & Rice from
the latest Cooking Light.

Add the garlic and
cook for another 2 minutes, then add the squash, chopped serrano chili, and coconut milk (if you're using regular coconut milk, skim off the cream on top - don't throw it away, you'll need it
later; if you're using
light coconut milk, add all the contents from the can).
At the bookstore I bought the
latest issue of
Cooking Light.
Honestly I fell in love with her blog, there were a
lit of recipes I marked for
later cooking or baking and it was hard to narrow it down to the recipe I actually wanted to make for the SRC reveal day.
A compote of
cooked apples and pears is a nice
light way to end a
late fall through early spring meal.
Cooking for Twin babies, now let's pause and take a moment to reflect on that... at 6 months parents are generally given the green
light by their Pediatrician to go ahead and start exploring foods and
later textures for their Twins.
