Villeneuve told Collider at
Comic - Con back in July that the movie would run 2 hours and 30 minutes, but the director was still working in the editing room
on the movie and admitted the final cut wouldn't be locked until
late August or September.
Another
comic book sequel is
on the way with X-Men: Apocalypse arriving
later this month, but the film will face some pretty big competition with Disney's sequel to Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.
Battle Chasers is making the jump from a 90's
comic sensation to an indie game, described as a love letter to the JRPG genre, and arrives
on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC
on October 3rd, with a
later release
on the Nintendo Switch.
