A programme of specially commissioned
exhibitions,
late - night gallery openings and live events will showcase the work of innovative and experimental artists working with
photography, both emerging and established, from London and worldwide.
A number of events expand on the themes explored in the
exhibition including a tour led by the
exhibition curator David Campany (20 July, 6.30 pm, Free); the
exhibition's curator David Campany is joined by writer and critic Brian Dillon, artists Xavier Ribas and Eva Stenram for a symposium discussing notions of time, perception and the history of
photography (17 June, 2 - 6 pm, # 15 / # 12.50 concs); and award - winning essay film - maker Grant Gee presents his study of the
late German writer W.G. Sebald which is a multi-layered exploration of place, memory, longing and dust (29 June, 7 pm, # 9.50 / # 7.50 concs).

exhibition dedicated to the

photography opened in Paris at the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art.
On view from February 22 through April 7, 2018, the
exhibition introduces Liu's

ALTIMORE, MD — The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) presents a solo
exhibition of
photography and sculpture by internationally acclaimed artist Sara VanDerBeek in the
latest Front Room
exhibition.
Since the
late 1990s, Alpert's primary artistic attention has been
photography, and his images have been the focus of numerous solo
exhibitions.
Later in the year, the Barbican takes a peek inside the laboratory of iconic designers Ray and Charles Eames, while the V&A investigates the
photography of Julia Margaret Cameron — particularly her relationship with the museum's founding director, Sir Henry Cole, who presented the first
exhibition of her work (October and November).
Considered one of the most important photographers of his generation, Teller has successfully navigated both the art world and commercial
photography since beginning his career in the
late 1980s, blurring the boundaries between his commissioned and personal work in his numerous publications and
exhibitions.
The foundation's new home in south - east Bristol will present an ongoing
exhibitions programme, beginning in
late October with a show of one of Parr's photographic series, as well as talks and seminars, primarily focusing on documentary
photography in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Ranging from
photography to drawing to installation, the more than four dozen works in the

The
latest exhibition at Anton Kern features Anne Collier's reinterpretation of
photography through a lense of glamour and sentiment.
