Thanks to a decision from New York's
latest wage board, convened by Governor Andrew Cuomo, all qualifying upstate fast food chains are now required to pay their workers $ 9.75 per hour.
The Wall Street Journal reported this morning that the governor's
latest wage board is poised to recommend hiking the hourly pay of New York's fast food workers all the way to $ 15, and the state's Labor Commissioner is expected to sign off on that recommendation.
