It's so relaxing because it contains
epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) which help with detoxification, muscle soreness and insomnia, and
lavender, my favorite essential oil for relaxation.

epsom salts — 1/2 cup baking soda — 10 drops
lavender essential oil — 5 drops sweet orange essential oil — Bathtub full of warm or hot water

epsom salts.
