The main point is the question if the underlying
perceived problem - money buys
laws and votes - can be avoided, and how.
We'd be way further ahead if they'd stick to getting as many pets adopted as possible and quit trying to pass useless
laws because they * think * it will solve a
perceived problem.
But in most city
laws and regulations livestock in the city is often severely restricted due to
perceived associated health or environmental risks (e.g. zoonosis) and the fear for complaints for citizens living close to the livestock keepers (flies, odour, noise) or due to
problems caused by free roaming animals.
In other words, they have been told the legal industry is ripe for disruption, so they go find something about
