If you carefully / gently wash them and then
lay them on a tea towel to dry (rather than using a spinner), you can simply roll the towel up with leaves inside then stick into one of those compost type green bags, they kept for a solid week.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the eggs and
lay on a tea towel or paper towel to remove any excess water.

After you've squeezed all the water out,
lay that zucchini out
on a
tea towel.

tea / coffee (not the one - use carton ones) & to introduce the rule that if the
towels are not
laying on the floor, it means I want to reuse them (I believe this rule is generally used in other hotels)
