layers as a trend, but for as long as I can remember, sheer fabrics have been a part of my style.
What do you think of the sheer top
layer as a trend for spring and summer?

If we think of hurricanes
as Stirling heat engines, then we realize that the two reservoirs are the mixed
layer of the surface ocean (1) and the upper atmosphere (2); note that there is a general
trend of stratospheric cooling
as well.
The period 1993 to 2003 is for the 0 to 700 m (or 750 m)
layer and is computed

Although we see this
trend year round, plaid doesn't quite seem
as fitting
as paired with your autumn
layers for those cool nights.
You can also experiment more wildly with
layering (another
trend of the moment) ruffled tops over plain dresses, exaggerated sleeves (
as presented in my recent blog post «Morning meets evening: Bond style Wool cape & Midi Dress With Structured Fluted Sleeves») for a more dynamic look that is also incredibly office - appropriate.
You can also experiment more wildly with
layering (another
trend of the moment) ruffled tops over plain dresses, exaggerated sleeves (

Throw one on
as the top
layer over your favorite jeans and top and you'll instantly look put - together and on
trend.
This
trend will be great fun
as it will be interesting to play with
layers and peekaboo details.
As I mentioned the poncho is SUPER ON
TREND this season, J.Jill has many to choose from but I adore the easy slip on feel of this boat - neck one and that it's just like another
layering piece but isn't draped on my arms so I can easily tend to the children or other responsibilities I'm taking on.

The results are qualitatively consistent with
trends in NCEP atmospheric temperatures (which must also be treated with great caution) that show an increase in the stability of the convective boundary
layer as the global temperature has risen over the period.
If the negative
trends are significant then either they are not measuring the same well mixed boundary
layer (due to other influences)
