Formed in December 2010 to determine how the Ivy League could take a
leadership role in trying to limit concussive hits in football, the committee was co-chaired by Dartmouth President
Jim Yong Kim and Cornell President David J. Skorton, both medical doctors, and counted among its members various Ivy League head football coaches, administrators, expert
consultants, team physicians, and athletic trainers, including Eric Laudano, M.H.S., A.T.C., head athletic trainer at the University of Pennsylvania and MomsTeam expert.
