Rudolph with your cranberry nose so bright — use
a leaf shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut out antlers.
I cut cantaloupe up with
a leaf shaped cookie cutter (yay for creative progress) and also packed a Vermont Smoke REAL stick (no artificial junk) and Woodstock organic chocolate covered raisins.

Shape the
cookies a little bit with your fingers, just to make sure there's no flat side
left from the slicing and they're completely circular.

shape them anyway you need for any holiday (just use a different plate in your
cookie press) and you can
leave them plain, adorned with sprinkles, or lightly glazed with a powdered sugar icing.
Using the
cookie cutter of your choice, cut the dough into desired
shapes and place on a baking sheet,
leaving a couple inches between the
cookies for spreading.
(You can gently flatten them into
cookie shapes if you like, or just
leave them round like I did.)

Roll it gently but with enough strength to smooth out the
cookie dough as thin as possible without breaking, and when it finally reaches the right thickness, all that's
left to do is to cut out

Often I'll
leave the
cookies round, but I have also molded logs into simple geometric
shapes by pressing down lengthwise along the log while the dough is soft to create flat planes.
You could even serve this at Thanksgiving and
leave out the cats and get creative and make a border of pumpkins if you have a pumpkin
shape cookie cutter.
All that
left over Trick - or - Treat candy I swear I'll throw out, and
cookies in
shapes of arched cats and witches hats that were so fun to make.
Usually with other non-vegan sugar
cookies, the
shape doesn't hold and I'm
left with a blob These
cookies taste great and my girls love them!
This dough must have time to «chill» out in the refrigerator before its oven time or else they will spread and you will be
left with these huge weird looking
shaped peanut butter
cookies.

Use an egg -
shaped cookie cutter (ours was 10 cm long; you could also make a cardboard template to cut around) to stamp out as many
cookies as you can, then transfer them to one of the baking sheets,
leaving a little space between the biscuits.
If your chocolate is fairly thin and quite runny
leave it to thicken slightly before pouring it onto the
cookie sheet, it doesn't need to be a perfect
shape as this can often make it more interesting and unique.
I have even been able to make
shaped cookies and sometimes I
leave out the chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life brand) and sprinkle them with cinnamon.
Any hints or help from others with a similar
shape or is there some seriously awesome alternative that I don't know about where magic elves make you perfect jeans overnight if you
leave out the right kind of girl scout
cookies?
