Traditional quiche cooks up light and fluffy inside a slice
of lean ham!
Spinach Ham Egg Muffins
with lean ham, spinach and bell pepper are so flavorful, uber healthy, gluten free, dairy free and paleo.
Ingredients 2 eggs 20g cheese, cheddar or similar 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped 1/2 Roma tomato diced 1 slice
lean ham chopped 1 spray olive oil or use a non-stick fry pan Season if desired
2 slices of wholemeal toast with grilled tomato and
lean ham off - the - bone.
Open sandwich made with 1 slice of wholemeal bread, 2 slices
of lean ham, rocket leaves, sliced tomato and Extra light Philadelphia cream cheese spread.
While all the other ingredients are puréed together, I added some roasted corn and
diced lean ham to the soup at the end.
And I added
some lean ham so I guess it isn't a straight up vegetable soup.
If you feel peckish, it's best to fill up on healthy snacks, such as fresh fruit, low - fat yoghurt or sandwiches filled with grated cheese,
lean ham or mashed tuna.

If you want more protein in it, add a quarter cup of diced bacon or
lean ham.
