Im thinking of doing an eight km walk (my normal walk pace) 5 days a week and your interval HITT workout to get lean muscle once a week if i can do it and doing one of your full body resistance training twice a week and
your lean legs workout every day.
Or, you can do perform dumbbell reverse lunges, like they do in the Long and
Lean Legs Workout, or the Aaron Rodgers Quarterback Workout.
If I spread out the 3 day
lean legs workout you have put up over the week and alternate between the 10 minute at home workout and the full body calorie burning circuit doing one of them every day, would this instead build up my thighs and glutes?
I'm wondering if I incorporate the 3 different
