I am struggling though because i have quit a lot of fat on me around my arms and all in my stomach, i have
lean muscular legs but i can't get rid of the fat in my stomach.

Iv been on a low carb diet for about 8 months now and this have really helped me lose weight and tone up however I'm currently 9 stone 1 and I'm 5» 7 ″ but but I feel my
