Remember that your
baby's
learning about food's texture, color, and aroma as she
feeds herself, so try to offer her a variety.
Her goal is to help your family
learn about normal newborn behavior,
baby care techniques, infant sleep, postnatal recovery, breast and infant
feeding techniques.

And so, spending that time with your partner reconnecting and also for the partner to really kind of

about skin - to - skin being, you know, so important for the
baby and so, mom's not the only person who has the opportunity to do that.
In my work as a pediatric Occupational Therapist and
baby feeding expert, I've
learned that by giving parents a basic understanding of how
babies learn to eat I can make a big impact on how they feel
about feeding solids and how their
babies feel
about food.
Learning how to position and latch your
baby, as well as
about your
baby's
feeding cues, will go a long way to helping breastfeeding to be an enjoyable experience for you and your
baby.

feeding, and weaning, the more prepared you will be to make the best decisions for you, your
baby, and your family.
For many of us,

babies was the gateway to more conscientious living, a sort of snowball effect.
