After working for another
designer for a few years and
learning the ropes of a small design business, I decided it was time to take the leap and go out

learning team, find inspiration in unanswered questions, and ultimately push ideas forward into a reality to make a positive impact
on our world.
Thinking like a
designer gives us permission to fail and to
learn from our mistakes, because we come up with new ideas, get feedback
on them, then iterate.

designers, Catherine Davis actively works

When teachers go through a design process and emerge

designer identity, they have a greater degree of agency in blurring the line between teacher and student, and in supporting each other as they rethink what

Designer on staff (or anyone with any kind of education background at all, really).
