For every entry on your Fan Page
about your firm's activities or offerings, there should be at
least one or two entries that focus on your Fans: a link to a mainstream news article
about one of your key
practice areas that your clients (and potential clients) care
about; a question or opinion poll

about continuing competence, not just entry - level, what
about requiring lawyers in active
practice to write and pass a version of the multiple - choice bar admission tests online at
least every year or two (and if particular subject
area failed, restricted from
practicing in that
area?).

least 24 hours of face - to - face supervision / consultation in this specialty
area from a consultant or supervisor who was experienced (at
least 5 years of post-graduate
practice), held licensure at the highest clinical level, and worked as an Advanced Clinical Social Worker, Psychiatrist (M.D. or D.O.), or Clinical Psychologist (doctoral level), for whom
about 20 % of clients (on average) were children & their families.
