During my time in El Salvador, Central America (1983 - 86), I was always thunderstruck when, after a group of U.S. visitors had spent a couple of hours listening to the stories of the Mothers of the Disappeared or to officials of the non-governmental Human Rights Commission, at
least one earnest soul would take me aside to ask whether «we're going to get a chance to
hear the other
side of the story.»
At
least some Republicans of conscience tried to urge their political brethren to choose a plausible, competent alternative to a narcissistic vulgarian; I haven't
heard anything analogous on the other
side of the aisle, and the seemingly tongue - tied Catholic Democrats in the blogosphere are no exception to that default.

heard of are being accused of wrongdoing.

side of rewards, that I've given you something to think about at

Prove that you gave the other
side at
least 10 days» notice so they can attend and be
heard.
So here's the upshot - if you are willing to roll the dice and you have the money to defend an admin
hearing and prepare at
least one appeal, by all means carry through with the attitude that «the law is on your
side.»
