It seems pretty clear though that 12 weeks should just be the beginning of what's considered an acceptable amount of
leave: a 2013 study published in the Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law found that women who return to work earlier than six months after giving
birth are more likely to develop PPD than those who were able to spend more time
at home.
People have babies

Women were BUILT to give
birth, OBGYNs are glorified surgeons, oh a BTW what about
leaving sponges inside women, and all kinds if issues that come with surgery, and the fact that a hospital is full of germs and sick people, where as
at home its the same environment moms been in the whole pregnancy... Hospitals smeared midwives when they first started cutting babies out, and they continue to do it, I wouldn't be surprised if they lied about the stats
I would love to have a natural
birth, stay
home with my baby and rarely
leave baby
at all, but those are simply not options for me.

leave or FMLA to spend time
