The temperature for roasting the strawberries is the same
as the temperature for the
crust (the final line of the
crust instructions has you
leave the oven on to roast them at that temperature).
Place plate upside down over the
crust and trim the rough edge —
leave as much extra
as you can for the time being.
The only thing I would change is
leaving out the salt from the
crust,
as it seemed too salty to me, probably from the cheese.

Leaving at least an inch of dough free, arrange apple slices by overlapping them slightly in the shape of a circle, starting from the outermost part of the circle, until you reach the inside 10) Fold the edges of dough over the filling and then sprinkle the dough with a bit of sugar 11) Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes, or until the
crust is golden brown and the apples are soft 12) Serve warm, with a side of whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
And my preference is to
leave the
crust on the bread
as I love how it gets nice and crunchy when baked.
Also, I chose to bake my
crust part or the base of the cake, but it's perfectly okay to
leave it raw
as well.
As I was making it, Wayne finished off a container of crackers, the only thing
left was a couple of tablespoons of seeds, so I sprinkled those across the top of the bread, just before baking, to give it a crunchy
