I had enough calories
left over for half of a Wholefoods
caramel apple.
Remove from the heat and
leave the mixture to cool a little until it is thick enough to drizzle
over the
caramel balls.
The date
caramel was great but I just made another recipe with a similar process but instead you poured boiling water
over roughly chopped dates,
left them to sit for 10 mins and then blended, this created a much smoother paste.
The finished
caramel ran liquidy all
over the cake and soaked the layers
leaving them sort of filling-less.
I've got about 3 lbs of
caramel left over from a make - your - own -
caramel - apple bar.

left overs, which you probably won't, you could use them to make this Salted
