I skipped on the bourbon but had
some left over dark chocolate pb cups I chopped into chunks and threw them in.

I had some ingredients
left over too, and have been craving raspberry jam for some odd reason, so for breakfast this morning I'm using this same recipe (trying one with
dark chocolate and one without) but with the jam to make raspberry thumbprints.
Melted 2oz unsalted butter in a pan
over a low heat with 5oz 85 %
dark chocolate and
left to cool slightly.
You will need to have caramel sauce, peanuts and
dark chocolate left over for the topping.
Simply dip fresh mint
leaves in
dark chocolate, 70 % - 85 % cocoa solids, melted very slowly
over a bain - marie, or using my homemade
chocolate recipe below.
