loaf plain and simple, but a handful of chocolate chips in the batter, or a drizzle of chocolate
over the top once cool would no doubt be wonderful.
I had some extra batter
left over (I had to use a smaller
loaf pan) and so I added some of my homemade almond / coconut milk to make the texture of the batter more like pancake batter... I fried them up in some coconut oil and MAN, they were delish!!
This recipe makes a standard
loaf with enough batter
left over for a mini-
loaf or 2 to 3 muffins.
Heat oven to 350 degree F. Line a 9x5 - inch
loaf pan with parchment paper
leaving a two inch
over hang on two sides.
Mine did nt rise considering how much baking soda and baking powder went in... any way they are delicious perfect snack size chocolate cake treats I had plenty of batter
left over I decided to put it into a
loaf tin yummmo.
At the end of the night there was still more than half a
loaf of bread
left over and it was already cut so I knew it would only last a few days.
Drizzle the maple syrup
over the dough but don't go all the way to the edge,
leave about 2 ″ of space for the syrup to expand while forming the
loaf.
I am always so pleased when there are a few
left over banana's, because it is a good excuse to make a
loaf or a batch of muffins.

left plain with mackrel pate spread
