So what do I do with all
my leftover egg whites from the mayo recipe among other things?
As this recipe only uses egg yolks, there is always the question of what to do with
the leftover egg whites.
But as I've gone on, I end up having lots of
leftover egg whites, in the freezer, at my disposal, from making custard and lemon curds, to name some.
