too American: in the clothes section I at first wondered what «jeggings» were (latest fashion: a mix of
jeans and
leggings - rather ugly, actually, and the author of the book thinks so
too) and talk of «dates» made me think at first of dried fruit rather than of young men.

jeans are seriously comfy... They pull on like
leggings, aren't
too low cut (I hate pants that don't cover my butt or come up high enough in the front to conceal my belly blub) and best of all, they are stretchy!

too exposed in a short dress over tights (though less so with thick opaques and knee high boots) so I'd wear it over
leggings, since I don't have any
jeans.
