Hi Sarah, yes cardio would be best to slim
down your
legs without making them more muscular.
Many posts I've read have said that running / jogging will slim
down legs without bulking up thighs.
Replace some of the dance workouts with running / walking to help slim
down your
legs and other types of lighter resistance training like this, to help keep your whole body toned
without building too much muscle!
