I feel so lost, having tried so many things, and I store most of my fat in my
legs, but whenever i do lose weight its lost from my upper body which is really slim, so i really have no idea what to do anymore, so i was really hoping to get some advice since i'm a combo of both mesomorph and
endomorph bodytype?

legs may actually get bigger with running.
I have an
endomorph body type and I currently do steady state cardio running 3 times a week and HIIT once a week along with two strength training days (arms and abs /
legs and abs).
Running is an amazing exercise for slimming down all over and for slimming down your
legs, but if you build muscle really easily (like an
endomorph will), I would run with caution.
However, if I am a combination of two body types (I think) because I have thicker athletic
legs, but I'm not curvy at all on my upper body, and I can lose weight relatively easily when I diet, and I think I'm closer to mesomorph than
endomorph, what book would you recommend to get the very best results?

I lost about 13 kg and now I still eat well and workout to stay health but also cause I wan na lose about 4/5 kg I'm an
endomorph and I recently have changed my fitness routine: I do 2 - 3 times per week HIIT on treadmill and after that a 15 - 20 minute abs workout and 2 - 3 times resistance training (
legs, arms) followed by a 15 - 20 minute power walk; I usually take 1 - 2 rest days / week.

HIIT is not necessary for getting lean
legs and can often cause your
legs to bulk up (especially the
endomorph body type).
If you are a short
endomorph, you may experience your
legs getting bulky with running.
