Hi Rachael my self Mansoor I'm fed up with my cross and bulky short
legs actually I'm very short like 5.5 ft so my upper body is slim and fit but my
legs are heavy and
shaped out I have tried my
exercises like squats lounges jumping longe s etc but I can see only my
legs are building and getting
shaped out and my pants and shorts look ugly on me I have a question that by lifting weights and building upper body are there any chances that I can get skinny and slim
