lemon rosemary quick bread (and please forgive if I step on toes, but I so don't want her to be discouraged!)

Though I had to bake
the lemon rosemary one for 10 minutes rather than 7 - 8.
I added a few of my own touches, though: a Meyer lemon citrus salt, vegetables that cook under the chicken, and an optional
lemon rosemary sauce.

Then mix the roasted brussels with the pomegranates and squeeze half a
lemon over them, finally serve the sweet potatoes and carrots — all you need to do for these is remove the
rosemary stalks from the mix.
I roasted the asparagus with
rosemary and
lemon juice and that was great!
Add
lemon juice,
rosemary sprigs, salt, pepper, and about two thirds of Yerba mate.
You can add pretty much any frozen / fresh fruit or berries here, maybe even along with some herbs (basil, mint,
lemon thyme, maybe even
rosemary).
The brazil nut cheese adds the most incredible creaminess to every bite, while also adding a slight tanginess thanks to the
lemon juice and an incredibly awesome herby flavour thanks to the blended
rosemary — this addition of the
rosemary really turns this nut cheese into something amazing that brings the awesomeness of the sweet potatoes to another level.
Yerba Mate Infused Sunchoke Soup (adapted from GKS) 2 lbs Jerusalem artichoke / sunchoke 1 leek (white part only, if you want to keep the soup white in colour)-- chopped 3 cloves garlic — chopped olive oil juice of 1
lemon 2 sprigs fresh
rosemary salt and pepper — to taste 6 cups steeped Yerba mate tea
A little
rosemary would work too, but just a little so it doesn't overwhelm the
lemon flavor.
Some choices include: sliced cucumber,
lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, berries, pomegranate, mint, thyme, jasmine,
rosemary and lavender.
Ingredients: Apples, carrots, pears, water, pineapple, celery, grapes, fresh
lemon juice, spinach, Brussels sprouts, oranges, limes, kiwi, kale, sweet potato, cilantro, honey, aloe vera, ginger root, fresh mint, fresh basil, raw pumpkin, raw sunflower seeds, raw pecans, raw walnuts, raw almonds, fresh
rosemary, raw hemp seeds, raw chia seeds, raw flax seeds, raw sesame seeds, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, natural herb blend
Tie the carrot, celery,
lemon, bay leaf, parsley stalks and
rosemary together with kitchen string and put into the turkey cavity.
Some choices include: sliced cucumber,
lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, berries, pomegranate, mint, thyme,
rosemary and lavender.
Anything with a dip is a winner with my kids and this
lemon and
rosemary hummus is so good it entices them to eat some veggies too.
Stir in walnuts, chocolate, water,
lemon zest,
lemon juice,
rosemary, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until just combined.
I love
lemon and
rosemary together!
Mix the oil with the oregano, chopped
rosemary and
lemon zest.

lemon / lime soda, fresh pomegranate seeds, red sugar for rimming the glasses, and sprigs of fresh

Buckwheat flour has an herbal flavour that works well with both
rosemary and
lemon.

I left the fresh
rosemary out of the jam, and rather than using
lemon zest and juice, I used a splash of OJ.
The thyme is a nice garnish and the flavor actually goes great with the
lemon and the fig but
rosemary would be a great swap in if you don't have thyme on hand.
The little bit of butter and
rosemary is so dang tasty with all of the
lemon flavor, and it makes the dark meat of the thighs almost melt in your mouth — really it is so GOOD... so the next time you see chicken thighs on sale, buy some and try this recipe.
You could easily sub a little thyme or
lemon thyme, or even a tiny bit of
rosemary or
lemon zest.
I went with
lemon thyme, which I had on hand, but I've seen that a few TWDers used
rosemary, too.
I also made the mini carrot muffins and the
rosemary lemon mini muffins substitutiing the same amount of coconut nectar for the agave nectar and they were both perfect!
