OK, So 2 things... First - I made this
sauce... And served it
on side with
lemon rice... really delicious!!!
The
lemon sauce will run into other food
on your plate so rice or potato
side worked well with this.

I also changed the quantities of some of the ingredients, adding more orange and
lemon juice, for instance, to allow for more

lemon and add heavy cream (not half and half or milk) and stir until it thickens and eat it either as a
sauce on the
side or make a little more and make it a little thinner and use it as pasta
sauce.

METHOD: Head olive oil in large pan, brown chicken pieces with garlic and thyme over a high heat for 2 - 3 minutes
on each
side; add vinegar and bubble until reduced by half; drizzle over soy
sauce and honey and shake pan to combine juices; pour in a good splash of hot water and add the
lemon slices; let liquid bubble and reduce down until syrupy, about 10 minutes or so.
