As many parents know, becoming a parent for the first time can be a complete re-orientation to yourself and your life, and can leave you disoriented at times... Even in just the past few days since I started reading the book, I am feeling more joy and
less anxiety around parenting.
And higher energy levels equal better focus and
less anxiety around people.

The baby now understands that you have gone for a little while and will come back, so he will start feeling comfortable in the company of others if you are not
around and his stranger
anxiety will become
less obvious.
Those mice showed the expected signs of

around less open spaces and taking longer to start eating in new environments as compared with normal animals.

around how to properly portray yourself and summarize who you are in a matter of one page or
less.
When there is an understanding

anxiety is, it becomes
less scary and easier to manage.
Around the country, children also showed more helping behaviours and patience, as well as
less anxiety and aggression.

less well differentiated couple will chronically generate more
anxiety / stress
around these same issues and have
less effective means for resolving them.
