It looks delicious & I love your concept behind
using less cheese with the grated cheese.
Next time I'll use half n half with a
little less cheese and add chives instead of green onions or maybe even toss in some steamed broccoli.
Using
less cheese also helps; here, the two cheeses are sprinkled only on top, rather than in each layer.
