less coconut oil in the smoothies and just use it somewhere else instead.
If you don't want this, try to experiment with the oils: use
less coconut fat and more canola oil.
And you want to use
WAY less coconut flour for a recipe than you would almond flour, sometimes as little as 1/3 to 1/4.
I forgot to add that you use
much less coconut flour than called for with all purpose flour or whole wheat flour.

for less coconut flour and more water.
