While we've had no problem accessing our iPhone while it was in a dry bag (we can still press the power
button, touch the screen, use the camera and so on) it is definitely
less convenient than having a full - time water - resistant case wrapped around the phone.
Although other Android devices — such as the Galaxy S6 Edge — can also turn their displays upside down, they have physical home
buttons that make the devices
less convenient to use that way.
The G4 has the power
button on the back, which is
convenient when you're holding it, but
less so when it's laying on a table.
If I still need to take my phone out of my pocket, unlock it, get to the app, and hit the unlock
button than this thing is far
less convenient than just having a key do the job for me.
Soon, however, Apple might be able to ditch the home
button without having to move its fingerprint scanner to a

button, sitting opposite but a little lower, is
less convenient for me to reach in spite of the difference being only small.
This won't be an issue if you're simply walking or running, but it is
less convenient, and I found it to be quite cumbersome when trying to look at the watch display when riding a bike, as I could only check things when stopped since I had to take my hand off the handlebars to access the crown
button.
