I've been on this palio diet now
for about 5 weeks and seen quite a decrease in my girth (belly) and I find that I have a lot
less cravings now
for snack
foods.

for my post-oral surgery diet, it helps me feel
less deprived because it contains much of the nutritious deliciousness that makes me
crave Thai
food.
I suppose it doesn't make sense to have a lunch truck in downtown Valley City where there is still at least a foot of snow and no one ever walks anywhere, none the
less I still miss really tasty, cheap
food, and my most recent
craving has been
for falafel.
My kids say it looks like cat
food but hey, I couldn't care
less what it looks like as long as I can get my
craving for crunch and / or cereal, satisfied!
It's a great way to work in more protein to each meal and snack so they can help keep you fuller longer and prevent sugar
