Once I ditched the grains (whole grains, brown rice, oatmeal) and made up for my carbs by eating more vegetables (and
less fruit too) the weight has started dropping significantly.

If you like a little something sweet in the morning try adding a couple of medjool dates to the mix
too, they sweeten it up and enhance the creaminess and if you feel like you need a crunch, add a little
less milk and then pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favourite granola, nuts, seeds, raisins, cacao nibs,
fruit etc for a delicious smoothie bowl.
The dough was quite delicate to work with and tore easily after I folded the
fruit in (probably
too much moisture), so the shape is
less than perfect, but that's immaterial once you take a bite!

less time next time and would use an All
Fruit Preserves, which since these are pretty healthy with bran and whole wheat flour, I wish I would have done so, but didn't think about it until it was
too late, so I used Smucker's Raspberry Preserves — great tasting, but the number two ingredient is high fructose corn syrup.
Blending this way allows the dry ingredients to be blended for longest, it means the greens will fit in your blender and your
fruit gets
less blending so it doesn't become
too hot.

Natural food coloring made from juicing
fruits and vegetables will have a stronger flavour — on the other hand,
less will be needed as the color is stronger
too.
Nevertheless, basic dietary principles are not in dispute: eat
less; move more; eat
fruits, vegetables and whole grains; and avoid
too much junk food.
Fruit juice is a higher sugar, lower - nutrient version of its source — and it contains
less fiber,
too.
Since it's a whole
fruit too, there's plenty of fiber to slow down the sugar's absorption and render it
less damaging.
And honey and
fruit,
too, though
less of those.
I find it quite difficult not to eat
too many
fruits every summer and I still eat
less even a week after the fat fast.
I'm 140 lbs, 5» 6 ″, eat about 1,800 cal a day (sometime a little more, sometimes a little
less) split in 5 meals, drink 12 - 16 glasses of water a day, stick to
fruits (not
too much b / c of sugar), mostly vegetables, legumes, lean meats, nuts, egg whites and whey isolate shakes with almond milk.
