This article is a basic guide for parents and «call to action» on feeding our growing kids
less processed meats, especially cheaper quality options.
That is, rather than saying «eat
less processed meat», the guidelines euphemistically refer to «protein» or «saturated fat» instead.

I tried many different «
meat» protein alternatives, but in the end, the
less processed it was, the better I felt.

process, reduces the toxic burden placed on your liver by eating high on the food chain, and saves the planet by eating

Maybe eating a diet with

processed foods would cause the same, healthy result that they portrayed in the movie with the plant - based diet (they never said it wouldn't, they just said they chose to promote a wholly plant - based diet), but it is indisputable that the current «western diet» encourages consumption of way too much
