The original Adventist Health Study, involving 20,000 men and women, found that those who drank five or more glasses
of water daily had about half the
risk of dying from heart disease compared to those who drank two glasses or
less.
In the Rotterdam study, those who had the highest intake
of Vitamin K2 were 52 %
